After you apply the fix, enable the fix by adding the ForceOutlookSessionForOM value.

To do this, follow these steps:

Quit Outlook 2002.

Click Start, click Run,

type regedit in the Open box, and then

click OK.

Locate and then click the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook

Click Edit, click New,

and then click DWORD Value.

Type ForceOutlookSessionForOM, and

then press ENTER. This creates a new DWORD value named ForceOutlookSessionForOM.

With the new ForceOutlookSessionForOM DWORD value selected, click Edit, and then click

Modify.

In the Value data box, type

1, and then click OK.

Note Setting the ForceOutlookSessionForOM DWORD value to 0 will disable the fix.

Quit Registry Editor.
